***DATA TRANSFER ERROR*** when updating meeting agenda

Not sure what this error means as the Agenda I was working on seems to have updated and saved properly. Added s speaker to the Agenda, clicked SAVE and the message displayed (see attached image). Clicked OK to close the message and refresh the window. Opened the Agenda again and all changes were still there. Clicked SAVE again and the same message displayed.

I'm getting the same error. The changes are not transferred until I do the reload.
Happens every time I make a change to the agenda as administrator.

Hi, We are getting this same error message. I've tried the reload. This does not seem to work for us. After reload, I try to add an agenda and I get the same Data Transfer Error Message. I'm not sure what I should try next. Any suggestions? Thank you.
