Too many bounce backs despite valid e-mail address

I am getting bounce backs despite having a valid e-mail address. Attached is the bounce error message. I am able to send e-mail directly to the e-mail address using my client software and the recipient is getting my e-mails. Club number is 8684.

Anyone using the bell email servers will need to add server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to their whitelist.

Ok, I will ask that person to add the two whitelist entries on their bell e-mail account. Does whitelisting take effect immediately once it is setup by the bell account user?

Hello I am hoping that the member with e-mail address chris-ford@sympatico.ca has by now created his two black list entries on his bell account.

Are you able to reset the bounce count for this e-mail address to zero so as to allow future e-mails to be processed successfully?
