JQMIGRATE Error -- on one Win10 PC using Chrome or with MS-Edge spins on opening my HomeClub HomePage or DirectionsPage.
All Chrome extensions are disabled for the test.
On other PCs, Win7 and Win10, the browsers complete the action with or without extensions.
I have followed the suggestions in Typical Website Access Errors and How To Solve Them
Any Suggestions?

I control that Javascript code, not users.  ;-)   Are you logged in as an admin or a member (or none) when you see this?  What was the last thing you attempted to do when you noticed this?

Not logged in at all. This is just when accessing the site for the first time. Agreed, this user error may be more user problem since it just happens on just one PC (Win10). Chrome popups are enabled for [*.]toastmastersclubs.org
All security software is disabled: Malwarebytes and Bitdefender.
We can all wish for a wing and a prayer.

It is not JQMigrate at all.  Are you using any custom scripts in the html?  (we do not support that and do not recommend it)

No custom scripts although last December, I added the Google Analytics Script Code
It has been reporting monthly since January with no problems noted.
If we have run the gamut of your experience with this error, then I thank you for looking at it.
I found no similar error in the previous Topics, so I thought that I would ask.
If I find a relevant answer to the issue, I will post it.

Not at all.  I am the current system developer (since 2013 as a volunteer), so I created about 80% of the scripts and code running the system, including utilities.js and main.js that shows up in the posted error message. (the rest is legacy code)  What makes these things challenging is that the line number posted for javascript errors (which is what this is) is for a minified (compressed) javascript file, which has little bearing to the line numbers for the version of the code I actually edit (& then minify).

It really comes down to how much time you have available to help me sort this out.  (I like a good problem to solve)
