Aliases are quick and simple to change. Domain names are more complicated.

our club name is 'Babylon babblers'. you have any suggestions on changing it from the existing one with our club # to something else but still keeping on the toasthost? I was unclear of the documentation I read.

It depends partly on what's used by other clubs in the area. If yours is the only one with "babylon" in its name, you could put "babylon" in the alias box. That would give you "babylon.toastmastersclubs.org"

Otherwise, maybe "babylonb"? It might be worth checking if other members/officers have definite ideas.

Yes. It's entirely a matter of personal taste and is up to you.

The main thing is to avoid something that's too long. (I'm thinking of something like "babylonbabblerstoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org" here.)
