Flickrit slideshow tool now supports Instagram

Let me preface this by saying that I do not have any association whatsoever with Flickrit. ( flickrit.com/ ) I just like it a lot and recommend it for website photo slideshows because it has a nice set of features, it uses iframes, and it does not require Flash. I also find it to be very compatible with FreeToastHost websites.

It looks like it has also been updated to support Instagram based photos, also. Very nice!

So... you can freely choose where you want to store your photos and how you create them. :)

Steve, I am trying to use the embed feature of Instagram, but it doesn't work on our D32 freetoasthost site. Am I doing something wrong, or will it not work?

Thanks as always!

Well, I do not use Instagram (yet) ... so I am not sure what to say.

What exactly is the embed code you are trying to insert and how are you doing that? Please use the <> (code) icon above when pasting the embed code.

Well I am a little suspicious of the script....

Did you get this from the Instagram website? I have not seen it before.

I generally refer people to flickrit.com/ which supports instagram now.

Another thing that I have seen working is Google Slides.

The code is from the TI Instagram account. For any photo, click on the three dots, click on "embed" and copy the code. The code is pretty unwieldy, isn't it!

I just checked out your link to Flickrit... not sure that it is really what I want, but it might serve another purpose.

All that I am trying to do is embed a single image. I would like to have a single image spot on my webpage, that I will change every-so-often. I am not looking for the interactivity.

I will keep playing.

Thanks as always.
