Meeting Agenda confirm button not working

While logged in as the ClubAdmin, I went to a meeting agenda:
https://marlincoast.toastmastersclubs.org/meetings/136140/

I pressed the button to confirm a role:
https://marlincoast.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda-slots/2683331/confirm/

I received a page with just text:
"You do not have access to this meeting."

You have to be logged in as a member to confirm a role. ClubAdmins are not members.

Then why is there a confirm button showing on the agenda page?
