Domain name sending the Opt-In email for District Websites

Jane Atkinson set me up as a dummy user on a test district website. I am surprised to see that the opt-in email request comes from Toastmastersclubs.org rather than Toastmastersdistricts.org, and it talks about being added to a club's list rather than being added to a district's list.

I received the test message which does show the domain name I would have expected.
