How are multiple FTH4 email addresses handled?

1 Sep 2026, 1:09 p.m.

On 9/1/2026, I sent an email to these addresses using Outlook.

To: toptable-d203@toastmastersdistricts.org; divdirs-d203@toastmastersdistricts.org; members-1677@toastmastersclubs.org

I expected to receive a copy since I am a member of the members-1677@toastmastersclubs.org group.

I did not receive it. What happened?

1) You have to be a member of the district site. if you want to send to the District lists.

2) with FTH you can only send to one list at a time.

I could not find the "one list at a time" restriction in the documentation. I think it should be on this page:
https://docs.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/club-email-addresses/

Brian,
Can you remove the "one list at a time" restriction? These are non-intersecting lists.
toptable-d203@toastmastersdistricts.org; divdirs-d203@toastmastersdistricts.org; members-1677@toastmastersclubs.org
Or maybe an error message when multiple lists are used, and nothing is sent?

Don't know Steffan, it always created loops in FTH3.
Maybe some day but not right now.
