Setting Up Meetings

Hi, David with Real Talkers 7306 https://7306.toastmastersclubs.org/ : I am setting up the meetings agendas and notice when I make the first meeting and select 10, I go to look at them and they don't save the correct starting time which is 9:30 am ( it defaults to 7:00 pm. I put in online it defaults to in person. this happens on the multiple meetings. I then must go into each one and fix them.
First, am I doing something wrong, and second can we fix sometime that we can select multiple dates to delete without going into each one?  Just a thought.
Any advice, oh by the way, I am loving the new look.  I guess at some point we will be able to add some colors to our pages?
