#9400 Locked out of Account

Is this as admin or as a member? They are separate accounts.

Did you get any messages from the system that might indicate what was going on? e.g. wrong password or username

Are you trying to login with email, name or username? Whichever it was, please try the others and let us know the results.

This is the message  I am getting. I’m using my email and used my username as well.

Since you are a FTH Ambassador you can only use your email for the Ambassador console.
For your clubs you have to use your name as it appears in the club member list or the user name you set up.

If those do not work reset your password.
