Email signature

I am liking the new look and feel of FTH4.  My question is how do I create an email signature so it appears everytime I email the agenda to the members. In FTH3 I was able to create a signature and save it.  Please let me know if this feature is available in FTH4. Additionally I noticed that the options I selected when I email the agenda are not save for future when I need  email another agenda.
