I was waiting now for around 1-2 hours to receive the confirmation mail mentioned after requesting a clubs website for FTH4. The reference is WR-97A87CBB. Can you help me out here if I still should wait?

The confirmation email has to be authorised by the Toastmasters international Club contact.
For club 1548 that is toastmasters@polandsfirst.com you will need to contact whoever monitors that address.

Thank you Brian for the fast response. I have access to the clubs mail and don't see any confirmation mail in it's Inbox or spam. Can it be that it's like this because we have had a FTH3 website for some short time which we then requested for deletion? It was kinda 3-4 months ago.
I would submit your request again. I don't see it anywhere.

I was now sending a new request for a chartered club website with the reference WR-E1DCC699, but still no mail after 5 min in any Inbox or spam folder... We will try it most likely later from another profile from our VPPR to request it and see...

our VPPR Anna Nakonechna was now requesting a website for FTH4. The reference is WR-7032DA57.
We clicked on the Approval link to activate the website, but were just redirected to the FTH4-Website where we could request another website. What should we do further from here?
