Request deletion of incorrect path and addition of purchased path

In club 1294652, member Carlos Salamanca recently purchased Motivational Strategies. I have verified as Base Camp Admin and uploaded a screenshot showing Base Camp Paths in progress listing Motivational Strategies for Carlos. FTH4 shows that Carlos is working on Presentation Mastery in Pathways Report Card, which he has not purchased. I cannot see that as club Admin I can change the path. In reviewing Forum requests, I think I have read that Paths can only be changed by FTH4 support team.

Please let me know if there is a way for me to correct the Pathways card, else, please make the change for Carlos.

1) if a path is shown it is because it was selected in a historical agenda.
2) The member has to go to their profile and add any missing paths.
3) If the member hovers over the project in the incorrect path it will tell them which agenda and have the ClubAdmin or VPE correct it.
4) then tell us what member and what path is incorrect and we remove it

Thanks for sharing the procedure. We have now completed steps 1-3.
For step 4>
Our club is 1294652, the user is Carlos Salamanca. The 2025 mistake was that he had accidentally logged 2 speeches as Presentation Mastery, but has not purchased that path. Please remove Presentation Mastery in Carlos' FTH4 records.
