Getting Error 500 message when attempting to create a new agenda

I've been trying to create a new agenda and modify the template used by another agenda. In both instances, I'm getting the following error message...

Error 500
Oops!
Looks like some work is being done on the server at the moment. This should be resolved in just a moment.

I've been getting this message for at least an hour.

Is there a known issue?
