Club#596358 Role assignment troubleshoot

I am attempting to sign up as Evaluator "1" for a meeting 9/22/26.  When I sign up, my name appears for both roles Evaluator 1 & 2.  How can this be fixed?  The other role of Evaluator "2" is having the same issue.  Please HELP.  Thank you. Keenan C. Wiley VPE
