Pathways Report Card - FreeToastHost Support

Hello,

Club 2960.

I have tried updating the agenda, un-reconciling and re-reconciling but I cannot seem to get my Pathways Report Card to update. It is missing the following two roles.

The two roles missing are:
8/19/206 Toastmaster
9/2/2026 Ah Counter

My club was putting the member's name in the Role in FTH3 (Don't know if this is related). I fixed this for these two roles/dates but my report card still isn't reflecting it. If it is because of the way my club was using FTH3, I'll have to fix other people, so please let me know what may be wrong.

Brian,

Did you do an override or did you actually fix something? Both Toastmaster and Evaluator say "complete", but are only completed 1 of 2 for both of those roles. I do have the second for each scheduled for October and November which is no longer mentioned.

I made code changes, let me check what happened.

I backed out my changes

We identified an issue, we don't know if those historical roles were used to complete L1-L4 the only assumption we can make is that they were as you did the BaseCamp reconciliation on 2026-09-13. So the August 19 and Sept 2 were before that date and should have been included in BaseCamp.

You can have your ClubAdmin (You are the VPE and shouldn't change your own records) manually override the requirements, by marking them complete
