Pathways Report Cards for Multi-Club Members

Hi Brian,

We don't want to turn off the Pathways Report Cards, per se, but I agree that they are inaccurate at best for me.

The speech records in FTH are correct. The problem arises because I'm a member of 3 clubs, with two on FTH4. While I generally keep to one-path-per club for reporting, there are times (end of the year, for example) when I will give a speech at the next available club without regard to whether it's the "correct" club for that path. This resulted in me having some cross-pollination between my clubs.

I think this could be easily solved with an eventual account merger on FTH, but that seems like it's down the road.

For now, if I open a ticket to "remove" the other club's path from my profile, what happens to previously recorded speeches? Are they deleted from the historical agendas?

It would be helpful if I could designate a path as "don't calculate / don't show on report card" since I want to see the levels I will actually submit for DCP credit to this club.

Honestly, the new Club Success Plan on TI suffers from a similar difficulty in distinguishing goals for multi-club members, but I have more faith in FTH to come up with a solution.

In your situation I suggest recording the speech at the club that won't get credit as a "custom" speech.   - Your VPE will have to fix that that for past agendas
Once all speeches logged against a path have been removed, you can ask to have the path purchase removed

At the club that gets the credit, the VPE can check that you've finished it off in basecamp and mark it as "Done" on your report card
