Emails not being sent - FreeToastHost Support

Hello,
At least one of my members is not receiving emails from our FTH4 website. I've been troubleshooting for an hour with no luck. I learned that either the email is written wrong, the members are waiting to opt-in, or they have the agenda emails turned off. I also noticed that a small number of members are not on the Basecamp list and maybe there's a correlation here? This updated software is still hard to use and hard to get support from. Please help. Thank you.

We always require your club number.
If the issue is with a member a name is required.

The name of the member who is not receiving emails is Oraetta.

I can see yahoo accept the email for Oraetta, have her check her spam bucket.
