Printing agendas the meeting date is so small its useless - was better in previous versions. I had to manually add to meeting description which means a manual process for every meeting making templates cumbersome. Also the margins aren't optimum - if they were the role agenda items would take up less lines and I wouldn't have to shrink percentage.

We always require you club number.
The margins are set for 8.5 * 11 inch
It looks like you are shrinking the page to fit on a single page.
If you want it to fit on a single page you will have to remove some things you are trying to print, like the members pictures.
