New members are unable to log-on - FreeToastHost Support

2 Oct 2026, 9:02 p.m.

I have members unable to log-in to our club's FTH site - HIOSH Toastmasters Club - 28678988. The members tried to use "Forget Password" but never got a link via e-mail.

They have an account with Toastmasters International and are able to log-on with no issues. They are signed up to our club HIOSH Toastmasters Club - 28678988. I noticed they are not part of the active members on the FTH site.

1) We would need to know the members names
2) if they are not in the members list then they cannot sign in.
3) did you check if they were put into another list by mistake?

Thank you,

The members names are:
Garrett Shiroma
Jonathan Moran
Kariann Stark
Patrick Landgraf
Shaye Hayashi

They are new members to HIOSH Toastmasters that joined on August 2026. I don't know if that is a factor and I don't know how to check if they were put in another list.

These members do not have access and are not part of the active members list to the FTH - HIOSH Toastmasters Club - 28678988. However, they are linked to the club on Toastmasters International.

I don't see any of those people on your Club website.
Did someone manually add them to the club website after adding them to toastmasters International?
There is no connection between Toastmasters International and FTH.
