Website disappeared in Google Search

Hi Support team,

We are club 1117 - National Toastmasters Club based in Sydney, Australia. Our homepage is
https://nationaltoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/

Following the migration to FTH4, it is no longer in the Google Search result, even when I typed the whole address in. Please investigate why the migration affected the Google index or searchability.

It's impacting our visitor numbers in September month. We use to be in first or second search result in "Toastmasters Sydney", however, since the migration, we are no longer in the search result at all.

Thanks,
Monica - President

We made some adjustments to the SEO Tags. It should work better now.

Hi Brian,

Still not showing up in Google search as direct search for "nationaltoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org"

Can you please check the Google Index and link again? The photo below is just demonstration, I can't see the website in the first two pages of google result, Even FTH support showed up, not our website.

Thank you. Google Search outcome.jpg

Just edited the basic setting to update from
Nationaltoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org

to
National.toastmastersclubs.org

And I've updated Club Central --> Club Information, website link. But it's lost, can't even open via Find a Club. Only works when the name is typed in the URL. Please investigate.

Thank you.
Maroon colour meetings.jpgApologies to upload another issue with FTH migration.

While you are on the website troubleshoot for club 1117 - National Toastmasters Club, can you please also check why the club meetings are not fed into the upcoming future meetings?

As per attached picture, all the maroon colours were previous uploaded meetings, but not showing as upcoming meetings, I had to manually create a meeting that's showing as blue meeting entry instead. Ideally, we want all the maroon meetings feed as future meetings.

Changing the club alias also means you need to update your Toastmasters.org contact information.
Find a club only works on the club number TI knows nothing about your FTH club alias except what you put in.
Google needs a way to find your site.

You only created one agenda
13/10/2026
6:15PM AEDT

If you want more to show up you need to create the future agendas.

You needed to delete the ones you created manually

Hi Brian,

Thank you for your replies. The "Find a club" and Meeting dates are updated, as per your advice and working.

Now - just one same problem, not showing up in Google Search. Please note that the other club I'm also a club committee member of is showing up fine on Google search as expected. But Club 1117 National Toastmasters Club is not showing on google search, after migration. Definitely something wrong.

From what I read on Google Help, the URL is not indexed. This nonindex tag doesn't work for google search.

Below is the googlesite verification, and please see pictures again for ownership verification failure and how it's not showing up in Google search even word for word. Someone please fix this error post migration.

You need to put in your google verification code in the Website Statics Page
https://1117.toastmastersclubs.org/clubs/1000002916/admin/statistics/

also the google analytics script code if you have it.

Hi Brian,

This is just from Google Help page, I'm not an IT background or webmaster of any kind.

Any helpful tips or pages to follow? - Does every Toastmasters Club has Meta Tags? why doesn't our club have a tag?
DIY learning on the HTML tag, that's fine.

With the Google Analytics, it's asking HOmepage with "analytics.js" or "jtag.js" snippet.
Tracking code in <Head> section.

Where do I get these?

It is up to the club if they want to use google or bing for their webmaster tools.
Google is the most used in FTH, it has been around the longest.
it is not difficult, mostly just registering your club website and getting the codes.

Hi again Brian,

Recently I got an email about the Google and Bing site verification correction that Server's security settings were blocking verification checks, but now it's fixed.

Unfortunately, I just checked the site, and it's still not working. See below pictures on Google Console, that it's URL verified, however, cannot be found in google search. In Web statistics, I have both Bing and Google Meta tag, and both were checked in Page Source Code.

I can only conclude that the server security setting hasn't fixed our website yet. And I've done everything I can on my end. Please investigate and fix Server security setting.

Thank you,
Monica

Also I have added Google Analytics Script Code, result is the same. Google Search cannot find our website.

I am not sure what you are searching for but google is returning your site with multiple entry points

Hi again Brian,

That's right, National TM website started showing up in Google search about an hour after I posted in this forum. I thought you have fixed it, but it seems that the Google Analytics script made it work instead.

The problem of Toastmasters Security Setting issue is not resolved.

See this BING result as compared to Google result in "site search" test? It's not showing up. And there's no BING Analytics script to overwrite this... If we deduct root cause possibilities, neither BING or GOOGLE security is accessing the website. However, Google Analytics Scripts overrode the security access, whereas BING couldn't find path to our website.

 Failing Bing Search test.jpg

compare to Google "site search" now

 Showing Results on Google.jpg

Please look into the security block issue to pass "site search" test. And I have a Meta Tag for BING. Please Double Check Server Security again.

Cheers,
Monica

As comparison again, before the Google Analytics script was added to effect, the "site search" test was also a failure. as per screen provided yesterday.

You changed the subdomain, it can take 3 to 6 months to rebuild your search history.
Google has access to scan and search your site we have shown that.

Hi Brian, it's not Google, it's BING. The website is not indexed in Bing, despite with a Meta Tag. It's not passing the "site:domain.com" test.

If it can't find it, it'll not search for it. Here is the AI overview on why this test is important.
Before I installed Google Analytics script, it wasn't indexed either.

It's not about Google Search ranking, it's not indexed at all in search engine. Something is wrong with server setting.
