New Member Can't Choose Path/Speech on Agenda

Boca Speak Easy Toastmasters, Club 1216688, New Member name Rana Hamad can sign up as a speaker on the agenda but cannot see any Path or Speech option in the dropdown. However, I am able to add her path (Visionary Communications) and her Speech (Ice Breaker) to the agenda after she adds her name. Please help.
