Online meeting URL showing only with venue

Hi,

I just noticed that the online meeting URL shows up on the emailed agenda only if a venue is selected. The "Edit Meeting" section has the option of inserting a meeting URL even if no venue is selected (which makes sense for online-only meetings), but doing that results in the URL not showing up at all on the emailed agenda.

A way to work around this issue is to create a dummy venue (e.g. "Zoom meeting") and use it with online meetings, as shown in the attached image. But it would look cleaner if the URL would simply show up on the emailed agenda (as it does on the printed version) without having to select a venue.

Additionally, it would be nice if the meeting format (online/hybrid/in person) could be shown as well both on the emailed agenda and in the "upcoming meetings" tabs at the bottom of the public site. A good place for it would be next to the meeting time, e.g. "18:45 EDT · online".

The venues work as designed. It no venue or zoom link is specified it remains blank.
If in person it only shows a venue
If online it only shows a zoom link
if hybrid is shows both.
The meeting format is shown

You are not addressing the issue I am describing. I was specifically talking about the emailed agenda, i.e. the version of the agenda that we send by email to the membership in advance of our meetings. Several members in my clubs have complained about not finding the online meeting URL in their email. I was wondering myself why the URL was no longer showing up as it used to with FTH3. It turns out that it shows up only if a venue is selected, which is contradictory if the meeting is exclusively online.

Here is an example of an emailed agenda for an online meeting. As you can see, the meeting URL is missing.

You need to specify online and your WETM Zoom meeting as the venue
