guest performers - how do I add them to the agenda?

Create a member called Guest with no email address.

I use Guest but I also add specific names to the notes portion of the agenda - ex. Guest Speaker - Name Guest Evaluator - Name

Club 1284 I created a new member "Guest" without an email address. But FTH4 states that with a confirmation email from Guest, the member will be deleted from system. Is there a way for Admin to override the confirmation email?

The Club Admin receives an actionable copy of the confirmation email when no email is entered for the Guest.
