Club 5663438 (Capital Superior Speakers)
On the Email Agenda page, "Send replies to" always defaults to Sender (you), and it resets on every send. The other choices are the club members alias, the Toastmaster of the meeting, and the VP Education. Our club has officer aliases (secretary-, president-, and so on), but they aren't offered.
I tested sending from both my member login and the admin login. Both put my personal address in the Reply-To. When I choose "Club members alias," the Reply-To is set to members-5663438@toastmastersclubs.org. That's the only alias option.
Two requests:
1. A club-level setting for the default agenda Reply-To, so officers don't have to remember to change it each time.
2. All officer aliases available in "Send replies to."
This would let agenda replies go to an office instead of a personal inbox, and keep those replies with the office when officers change.

Thanks, Brian. I went through Agenda Settings. Global Settings has the Notifications lists, which control who is notified when roles or attendance change. I couldn't find anything there or in the template editor that sets the Reply-To on emailed agendas.
Can you point me to the specific setting? Right now, "Send replies to" on the Email Agenda page still defaults to Sender (you) on every send.

the default is set "Emailed agendas > Send replies to:"
I added All Officers to the list

Brian, thank you for adding All Officers. That works, and we will use it.
One question remains about "Sender (you)." My member profile has the club officer email alias turned on (president-5663438@toastmastersclubs.org). When I send an emailed agenda with Send replies to set to "Sender (you)," the Reply-To is my personal email address, not my alias. It does this from my member login and from the club admin login.
Two questions:
1. Is it intended that "Sender (you)" uses the sender's personal address even when the sender has a club officer alias?
2. Could the developers add a "My officer alias" option to Send replies to, or have "Sender (you)" use the alias when one is enabled?
Please confirm the developers understand the request and are considering it. A clear yes or no helps us plan how officers send club email.

The officer email aliases are really just to provide club-branded email address for external senders. Remember that the officer email alias can only exist when it can point to a personal email address.
Routing 'Send replies to' through the officer alias would add an additional level of internal server email transfers that don't need to exist when the email is going to arrive at each member's personal address anyway.

Leaders from District 203 have complained to me about this very issue. When they reply to an email sent to cgd-d203@toastmastersdistricts.org (and to scores of others for divisions and areas), they reveal their personal email addresses.
As a result, the top 3 and others have set up a system of Gmail addresses to keep their personal emails private and separate the voluminous district emails from the rest of their lives.
Individually modifying each email with a "Reply-To" the FTH4 alias is too cumbersome and technically challenging for most.
This problem is one of the main reasons my district leadership has little interest in the FTH District site email forwarding service.
This is a far more serious issue at the District level than for a club where everyone knows one another.
Thanks,

Since all member have access to the district site members list with all the real district email addresses as listed in the membership list, what is the real issue?

Hi Brian,
Only actual district leaders are members of the website. We do not include club officers or members. As a result, they can't access district leaders' personal email addresses.
If cgd-d203@toastmastersdistricts.org receives an email, the subject includes [D203]. When he replies, the [D203] is still in the email, but now the original sender has the personal email of the CGD, so if the original sender creates a new email by replying to an old email and changing the subject line, then the [D203] is not present, and email thread tracking becomes more difficult.
The real issue is that I’m trying to get the district leaders to use the FTH site. This small issue, minor for you or me, becomes a hurdle for a new district leader. Often the new leader just says, “screw it,” I’m going to use this Gmail address I set up for Toastmasters work.
Brian, I don't expect the FTH team to make this change, which is probably complex, but I hope you understand why it concerns the original poster (Micah Maxwell) and me.
Thanks.

OK now I am confused, online you say you are not adding club executives to the website and then you say the email lists won't be used because the trio doesn't want their emails exposed.
Most Districts use a bulk email provider to send mail to non district leadership. Constant contact, mailchimp, etc.
