Linking Role Names when Assigning a Member

Hello all, I do apologise for re-opening this query. I tried to follow your advice but it didnt work for me! I defined 2 new roles: Table Topics Evaluation - Even: 2,4,6 and Table Topics Evaluation - Uneven: 1,3,5 hoping I can assign each role to a different member but it still pairs up the same member. I do understand the idea of defining a Role (Global Setting) and the Role Name but couldnt see where in the settings this is done. I have attached our draft agenda for next Wednesday (showing the paired roles) and am hoping I can get this resolved before then. I have also attached a screen print of the Edit Role tab as previously advised FYI. I have actually searched the video training and the FTH4 Documentation and cant find anything that specifically addresses this or shows the steps needed to address this. Hoping someone could help asap. Happy to work through via a Zoom link if thats possible given our time zone differences! Thank you in advance,

Your settings look correct but:

Unless you want your evens and unevens evaluators to be reported separately (two columns rather than one in reports), you can make the top-level role the same for both positions (Meeting Agenda Settings / Roles / Table Topics Evaluator), but have different Role Names
If you are going to use the Table Topics Evaluator role - "This is a speaking / prepared-speech role" it should be checked off
If you do want your evens and unevens evaluators reported separately, your settings seem correct for your upcoming agenda. I can only assume that your roles have been edited without re-applying the template. I suggest you delete the roles from the dated agenda, and then add them back using the preferred role/s. That will apply the current top level role settings. If your template is set up correctly, future dated agendas should work as expected
