FTH Emails Not Going Through

Good morning. I'm VPPR for two corporate clubs, Stagecoach Speakers Uptown #2908799 and Stagecoach Speakers Ballantyne #7022039. When I send my newsletter to members, I have always used the email addresses set up in FTH for members, former members, and guests. This allows me to get the newsletter to members who use their personal email because the company blocks emailing personal addresses directly. After the switch to FTH4 it is now not working for one club but it is for the other.

For Ballantyne the newsletter is going through the FTH addresses and arriving back in our inboxes immediately like it always has. When I do the same for Uptown, nothing comes back. I did a side-by-side comparison of both FTH sites to see if a setting is different in Uptown but didn't see anything. I set up both club sites originally and they should be duplicates but for some reason the Uptown emails aren't working. However, the "contact us" email for Uptown works and delivers to the VPM, Pres, and me. I did but the company domain on the white list just in case but it still isn't working.

What am I missing?
When you say no one got the emails for 2908799 does that include all the non wellfargo.com email addresses?
you have gmail icloud and many others in your member list.

What email address did you send the email From:? and what email address did you sent it To:?
Can I have the date of the last one you sent to 2908799?
Thank you,

Good morning. I do the same thing for both clubs.

Originating email: brian.crutchfield@wellsfargo.com

Destination emails:
Uptown 2908799: formermembers-2908799@toastmastersclubs.org, guests-2908799@toastmastersclubs.org, members-2908799@toastmastersclubs.org, prospects-2908799@toastmastersclubs.org

Ballantyne 7022039: members-7022039@toastmastersclubs.org, formermembers-7022039@toastmastersclubs.org, prospects-7022039@toastmastersclubs.org

Attachment is a PDF of the newsletter: TM Ballantyne Newsletter 10_23_26.pdf, TM Uptown Newsletter 10_23_26.pdf

For 2908799 none of the addresses receive it, personal or wellsfargo.com.

My last attempt for 2908799 was October 15 which did not go through. My last send for 7022039, which went through, was October 23.

Thank you!
First thing is you can only email one email list at a time that is 4 separate emails for each club.

Is this new in FTH4? We hadn’t seen this restriction in FTH3.

Never worked in FTH3 either, results were unpredictable.

But, in FTH3 I sent to all email addresses at once and it went through fine. For FTH4 I'm doing the exact same thing but it's not going for Uptown and is for Bally. I attached shots of when it worked for Uptown, what I sent and what came to me from FTH.

I'll try a test and email just the member list for Uptown and see what happens.

Thanks.

Yeah FTH3 worked fine for us too doing multiples. I’ve advised our member for now to send them separately.

According to the logs the former members got the email for Uptown and the members got the emails for Ballantyne

We made some changes so you should be able to send to your multiple list.
