I updated the default meeting description to include all officer roles, but the changes are not being reflected after saving. Specifically, AVP Mentoring and Scheduling are still missing. I also deleted and recreated the table using Insert Table, and even reset the description to the standard wording before rebuilding it, but the issue persists.
