Toastmaster No Longer has Edit Meeting Privs for meeting agenda header

Just as the following forum that was closed, only 3 officers can edit the meeting agenda header part. Clicking on 'Edit Meeting' on the upper left resulted in the screen with the message 'Only Admin, President etc.' can manage meetings. Before this upgrade the Toastmaster could do that. That puts a lot of work on 3 officers, why would we not want Toastmaster to be able to edit that? If we can't then we will be forced to change setting to say every member of our club has one of those 3 officer roles or give the admin password to everyone. Want to be able to edit the WOD to include full definition, examples etc and have that edit the agenda. Is there a setting or way to give the Toastmaster of the meeting that editability?

The Theme and the Word of the day are now part of the regular agenda which the Toastmaster has access to,
and do not need to be in the Meeting Description header. I see you now have it  in both places, why?

Since we started using this websites 10+ years ago we put the WOD definition and examples in a sentence like below. With the new setup we wouldn't be able to read all that when going through Grammarian role or when showing during Table Topics. Occasionally we also added a few sentences after the Theme title to explain it a little. I couldn't even fit the definition just now. If the goal is to avoid modifying the header, changing both to have an edit button and allowing 5x as many characters once saved its read-only with wrap-text so that we can make them much longer - that would fix it. I could put in a request in the Suggestions and Improvements place. Seems odd to provide a WOD without being able to put in a definition or even see the definition without having someone scroll through it with limiting the definition to a short amount of characters. Thoughts? I'm seeing your way of things that avoiding editing the header is the goal, but the limited character / visibility setup we have now doesn't seem to allow us to at the moment.

I know Toastmasters love to be verbose. The entire concept of WOD and Theme is to give talking points to people who don't normally speak, by writing everything out on the agenda why bother having these member stand and give their little spiel?

The reason  we we given to have spaces to include WOD and Theme slots on the agenda was so that it didn't have to go in the meeting description.

I am just trying to understand why you are holding so tightly to an old concept?
