I have Sacha on the agenda that did the evaluator role in another club, I am VPed and want to input the one role only .... however the system only lets me put the 2 Evaluator roles, he did only one so far, there was not a drop down menu or something that I can put for only the date of that I role.

If a member does a role outside of the club, then the VPE can just update their reportcard with a complete for that club role or project.
Thing done outside of the club do not have to go into an agenda.

May be I did not explain my self properly, there are 2 roles for TM, GE, EV in the Level 5 , in FTH4, there is no place to write the 2 role at the time, once I click to say that the person did example... TM as his or her first role, it automatically puts the 2 TM, when he or she only completed one of them.
