Fixing Two Evaluators for One Speaker across all agendas

Hi FTH Support,

I noticed on reports (Agenda Reports — Eastwood Toastmasters) that some speakers were shown as having 2 evaluators on past meetings, when they only had one.

Looking at one meeting on August 9, 2025 (Regular Club Meeting - FreeToastHost 4), it seems that the Table Topic Evaluators have been connected to the Speakers.

Is there a way to disconnect Table Topic Evaluators from Speakers across all our past agendas, rather than having to correct each agenda?

Thanks,
Melanie

Table Topics Evaluators cannot have the same Role as a Speech Evaluators.
As that happened in FTH3 there is no automated way to fix.

Hi Brian,

Thanks for pointing that out! I rechecked the agenda and template—the standard Evaluator and the Table Topics Evaluator are actually two distinct roles.

Eastwood next steps:
  • Historic Agendas: Eventually, we’ll manually update past agendas so Table Topics Evaluators aren't linked directly to regular Speakers.
  • Table Topics Testing: Down the track, we may test linking Table Topics Evaluators directly to TTS instead.
Keeping the main Speaker-Evaluator pair linked is most helpful for balancing future evaluator allocations and tracking the Level 1 Evaluation and Feedback second speech.

Regards,
Melanie

Table Topics Evaluator isn't an official meeting role, although many club use it, usually one person evaluates all the table topics speaker,  or some use an TTE odd and TTE even system if you have a lot of TTS.
