Need to Remove a Pathway from Pathway Report Card

Hello,
I am VPE of club # 00007359 Toast of Petaluma and have a member, John Meidinger, that has a pathway on his report card that he never purchased.  I have moved everything to the correct pathway and need the Present Mastery Pathway Deleted from his Pathway Report Card.
