I added a new membership this morning but was unable to enter the member in the FTH Quick add or Add Member because message says they are already a member, but their name does not show up on the member list as added.

Club number and member name please.

Did you look in the other membership groups like prospects?
If they are in there move them to Members group.
If they are in there move them to Members group.
