Export CV File of Former Members? - FreeToastHost Support

Club 6379 here. Our club is moving. Because we lost some club members who didn't want to go to our last location, we've found a new one. We want to send an email to all 100+ former members. I don't see an option to export the former members as a CV file. I can send a "basic email" but I don't know what the content of that is?

Is there a way to follow US CAN SPAM law by using a CV file (we have a member who will let us use his Mailchimp client. Or is there a way to edit the basic email for a one-time email or would that violate rules. Everyone is in US.

It's not in the Membership Tools dropdown. Go to the Reports page, seclect 'View & Export CSV' and select the desired list from the 'Group' drop-down.

There is no need to export any addresses. You can send a regular email from your personal email account - with images, attachments etc, as for any normal email message.

The address you send to is formermembers-6379@toastmastersclubs.org - it will be forwarded to all valid email addresses in that group. Only an officer can send to that address.
