Timing on the agenda is automatically changed for the official time for the project

Our meetings start at 6:45 PM and have to end at 8:30 PM and that is the way our agenda is set up, with 8 minutes per each of our 4 speaker slots.  However, if a speaker signs up for a project with an official time of say, 20 minutes, the agenda is automatically extended by 12 minutes (20-8) showing the meeting ending at 8:42 PM.  Prior to FTH4, to accomodate this difference, the speaker would sign up for 3 speaker slots for a total of 24 minutes, which then left only 1 additional speaker slot open for that meeting and the agenda end time at 8:30 pm.

Now FTH4 uses the official time for a speaker's project and if that speaker signs up for 2 additional speacker slots, the official time is tripled and the agenda end time is automatically expended beyond 8:30PM.  Is there a way for a speaker to correctly identify his/her project AND still have the agenda end time remain unchanged at 8:30 PM?  Basically, at any meeting we only allocate 32 minutes for speakers, excluding time for evaluations.

It is up to the VPE to manage the time in the agenda. They need to have conversations with the club to have the members contact them if they want to do an extended speech so the VPE can remove the other seaker slots.
