Hi!
I am having difficulty adding a new member to the club site. He does not appear under members but anytime I attempt to add him, I recieve an error message that an account with that email already exists. His name doesn't appear in the drop-down on agenda either. His name is David Soiferman and his email is davidsoiferman1967@gmail.com. He claims he never opted in and when I try to help him log in, nothing happens.

Does his name appear in any of the other "member" lists: guests, prospects etc?

He is at the bottom of your prospects list (name in lower case)
Simply move him to your members list (use the membership tools dropdown near the top of the page

Oh, that is what I missed! Thank you so much. So now I can move him over to members and he will be able to log in?
Yes. He'll have to follow the password reset instructions.
You'll have to manually send him the new member welcome email. That's one of the options in Membership Management.
