Welcome New Member email - reply to "admin"

Can the "send to / reply to" be edited in the Welcome New Member email? If the signature shows the email is being sent from VPM, then how do I add the VPM in the reply, should the new member decide reply to the email? As it is now, if they reply, it will go to the admin instead of VPM.

The welcome email should show a from of who is logged in and sent the email.

Thank you, Brian.

I'm referring to the automatically generated Welcome New Member email, rather than an email manually sent by a logged-in member.

I understand that I can edit the content of the Welcome New Member email template, and I've already updated the email and signature to include our VP Membership. However, when a new member replies to that email, the response currently goes only to the club administrator.

Because this is an automated email, whether sent automatically or manually triggered, there is no opportunity to edit the email, sender, or Reply-To information at the time it is generated.

Is there a setting that allows us to configure the Reply-To address for this email to include an additional club officer (e.g VPM, so that replies can go to both the administrator and the designated officer? If so, where can I make that change?

there is now a setting on the welcome email

Perfect, and thank you, Brian!

It would also be helpful to have the ability to select more than one recipient for replies, such as both the VPM and the club administrator, or another designated officer, such as the VPE or President, similar to how the Contact Us page works.

This would provide shared visibility into new member correspondence and help ensure that important replies aren't overlooked if one officer is unavailable.

Would it be possible to submit this as a feature enhancement request for a future update?

No just one.
