remove unpurchased paths from member record

"Super Admin" needed to remove two paths that I never purchased.

Club 2706, please remove Presentation Mastery and Dynamic Leadership from this member record:  https://lvtoastmasters.org/members/871974/edit/

All speeches that were initially associated with these paths have been appropriately reassigned.

Thank you!
