Hello:
This is Krispin Andersen with Titan Toastmaster #2368. I had another another suggestion.
On the Website Administrator, can we have at least two Website Administrator that can update the homepage, update Pathways information, anything the officer's don't get two.
Having at least two Website Administrator would help just in case one of them gets busy and is not able to do keep things fresh. Also if the Website Administrator leaves the club, you have another person that can take over. Which happened in the other club I am in and rather then learning Free ToastHost they bought a domain and are paying for a Website that does not stand up to the branding standards of Toastmasters. That’s why it's important to have at least two Website Administrators.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

Can clubs have two Website Administrators?

No, one clubadmin per site.
That clubadmin can delegate functions to other officers.

Ok, I understand.
in that case can the Website Administrator assign a club member to have the same kind of access as the Website Administrator? This is to have the ability to update the homepage. For Titan Toastmasters #2368 the Website Administrator is taking a hiatus for a month.
Part of the reason I was asking. I am also a member of Mountain Toastmasters #7992. Two years ago the previous VPPR left the club. No one else knew how to update the Free ToastHost website. So they closed it down and went through GoDaddy. I have attached a screenshot of it. It's confusing plus the GoDaddy website has not been updated for over two years. Next week I am planning on taking the Domain through FreeToastHost and saving the club money.
I say all that to prove that we need to people to be able to have full access to update the homepage and other pages as needed. There has to be a work around for this.
I look forward to hearing form you.

Best have the person replacing the site admin become the admin while the original is away
