After each meeting we enter our TT speakers so they will show on the meeting reports when we run them later in the year. What is the best way to do this on the new FTH4. We do not want them on the agenda template. Jay

Use the new TTS role for your Table Topics Speakers in the Agenda Templates Roles you set the usual number of speakers and the time.
It only takes one line on the agenda.
When you reconcile the Agenda you can fill in the slots with those who actual spoke.
