Assigning Officers - multiple roles - FreeToastHost Support

Hi FTH Support,I’m running into a small system snag on the website: it’s currently preventing me from assigning our Treasurer and Sergeant at Arms to also hold the Secretary role.Could you please assist by lifting this restriction or updating the profile?For context, Toastmasters International guidelines fully support a member holding multiple executive positions concurrently (such as combining administrative portfolios), provided our club maintains our core leadership minimums. (Reference: Toastmasters Club Constitution, Article VI: Officers, available via the Toastmasters Governing Documents.)We’re just trying to keep our team running smoothly for our members, so your help in clearing this up would be hugely appreciated!

The Toastmasters combining administrative roles was for combining Secretary and Treasurer, not Secretary, Treasurer and Sgt@Arms.
You are not doing your members any favours by not including them in your executive.
You really need to get all of your members to read out loud the Toastmasters Promise, especially the line
