Greetings! I am working with my club, Coastmasters | Toastmasters of Dana Point, California, to update our website and make better use of the resources available on the new FTH4 release ... thank you for all the great work you put into making this available for our members!
Question: For many years, our club has been using a one-page "at a glance" word document, attached. Is it possible to create a similar template that matches this existing format (or) do most people convert over to the default "row" design?
If other clubs have best practices that keep their printed forms to a single page, I would love to see.
Key aspects of our current template include:
(1) a list of Club Officers at the top right of the page, (2) a central Speaker Table with columns for time, evaluator and title, (3) bucketing the agenda into Five Key Segments: Opening, Speeches, Table Topics, General Evaluation, Awards & Open Business, (4) a customized Club Mission Footer with links to club website.
Thank you!
