Currently, the automatically generated Welcome New Member email allows us to select one Reply-To recipient. I'd like to suggest an enhancement that would allow replies to be directed to more than one club officer.
Ideally, this could be accomplished by either:
Automatically including the club administrator as an additional recipient when another officer (such as the VPM) is selected.
Allowing clubs to select a second Reply-To recipient, such as the President, VPE, or another designated officer, similar to how recipients can be selected on the Contact Us page.
The goal is to provide shared visibility into new member correspondence and ensure that important replies aren't overlooked if one officer is unavailable.
This would also help maintain continuity when club officers change or responsibilities are shared.
Would this be possible to consider for a future FTH4 update?
