I would like to request an improvement for the "Email Agenda" tool within the meeting agendas module.
Currently, when sending a direct email to selected individuals using the Member Management tool, the system automatically sends a confirmation copy to the sender's personal inbox so they have a record of what was sent and who it went to.
However, when using the "Email Agenda" button inside a specific meeting, there is no verification or confirmation sent back to the sender. If a dropdown selection is accidentally misclicked (for example, selecting "Table Topics Master" instead of "Toastmaster"), the sender has no way of verifying who the message actually went to after hitting send.
Suggested Improvement:
Please consider adding a small "Send a copy to myself" checkbox or mirroring the automatic sender-copy behavior already found in the Member Management email client. This would ensure consistent email tracking across different modules of FreeToastHost.
