You cannot put files in the Pages and Links area. You can put links to files there is you want to. Files are in the Public Downloads area under Resources. https://5342.toastmastersclubs.org/downloads/ What I meany by expand and collapse, is…

can you be a little more verbose. what about pathways?

Pathways Projects and Custom Speeches are not compatible. You either do a Pathways project or you do a custom speech. Tell me what you are trying to do.

You must have something setup wrong as it works in the test site.

1) Club number ? 2) Why don't your try the online signup it does work on you phone browser. 3) What is wrong with this Signup sheet? It print very nicely in landscape.

Club number please

club 1713 Your agendas are set up incorrectly. The speech title does not got on the role name, it goes in the Speech Title box. Which the TOD can edit Your reports are going to look very strange.

Agenda date and url you are trying to use

refresh your page

Yes for a date change If they want a path purchase removed the VPE needs to correct the Historical agenda that is incorrect and then submit a ticket.

The dates are not that important in FTH4 as long as the date is before your first project in a path. If you really need then corrected tells us the club, persons name, paths and dates.

Meetings > Edit > scroll down until you find the Description make your change (I added a period after 15) The issue is your venue is an invalid url you have additional words after the url. Had to program around it.

The ClubAdmin can assign the capability to another officer.

I just did it using your user for the November 19, 2026 meeting

that is not longer correct in FTH4 Please read the ClubAdmin welcome emnail that was sent to you at tina.pantano@libertymutual.com

The club has the ability to change the ClubAdmin. Use this form and follow the instructions. https://www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Good point I removed the links to the pathsways objective and evaluation on the printed agendas. Timersheet is on the same switch now. you can select to print or not. (ie. if printing pdf the links would work.)

1) You can always sign in using your name as it is in FTH 2) At some time in the past someone removed your email I have set it to the same as the one you used in this forum.

For now don't select a venue in the agenda. Put you address in the Agenda description.

You are not listed as the clubadmin for 2722 that is Nick Toller if you want to change the clubadmin use this form and follow the instructions on the page. https://www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/
