You need to get the members to sign in and correct the setting for you.

I have run a test and I only see my own name and email on an email sent to officers-nnnnnnnnnn@toastmastersclubs.org. I really need to see the email header of the email you received.

The security people are saying no, they don't feel that is a good idea to advertise the sign in procedure.

There aren't little folders any more, they are separated into their folder groupings. Are you looking for an expand and contract styled of feature?

Do they read their welcome emails? Maybe that is a better spot for instructions on how to sign in for the first time, and you can change that. Members that were migrated from FTH3 to FTH4 can use the same password.
