How did you send the emails? From your pc client, FTH Basic email, or FTH web client? Where did you upload the images in file manager or in the page editor? Can you post the source of the email you sent?

You can add colour now in your content areas, you cannot change the template.

That sounds like something you should send to Toastmasters international too get them to create a document that clarifies what exactly they want. If your members are confused then it is a lack in the original Pathways instructions.

Add the TTS to the agenda as roles but no signup, then the VPE can add the speakers after the meeting before they reconcile the agenda.

It also depends if they finished the level before October 25 2025. Best way is to use the BaseCamp Reconciliation by the member and approved by the VPE
