FTH is not a file repository, you should not keep sensitive documents on FTH.

Set the points to zero for roles you don't want counted.

Not at this time, not sure why you would care if people new your executive was having a meeting.

Roles for forward planning only show those with people can signup. I don't see why a person should be able to download if it helps them decide when and where to signup for a role.
