I saw that is was a common bug throughout the site, no time zones on any date time on the headers. Fixed them all.

We checked and no one was in the Secretary position in FTH3. To put a person in a role edit their profile. ClubAdmin dashboard > Members > to the right of the members name click edit > Officer role(s) > Pull down and select the role > Save.…

No hiding in FTH4. We will look at the TI Prospect Manager.

The server runs on UTC as it is an international server. A lot of the date times are stored as international UTC. At this time we will not be changing ti.

You can create meetings with no roles so there is nothing to sign up for. You worry about the ramp up education for the members to actually use the FTH agenda is very low. You would be amazed at how quickly they pick it up.

You are correct, GE is one role with 3 role names. Should be fixed.

Using the ISO date format is always best if you want to sort dates. I will add the request for A/D sorts to the 4.1 growing list.
