On Thurs Oct 13 2016, I tried 7 times to enter meeting agendas for Club 958725 for the month of November. Sometimes a pop up message would read "You can modify an agenda items ...." Sometimes this message would not appear before I listed the next meeting date.

What can I change? Seven tries to enter 6 dates for meetings is not efficient. The same problem has occurred in September for Club 3068.

Arlene,

A few observations from your website:
  1. You are listed as the club Treasurer.
  2. The officer listed as having authority to create new agendas is the VPPR, not the VPE. (not typical) Treasurer is not listed as having authority to create agendas.
  3. Therefore, only either the VPPR or whoever is logged in as the admin can create new dated agendas.
  4. The Toastmaster role for any meeting can edit the meeting agenda for the meeting for which they are listed as the Toastmaster.
Therefore, unless you are logged in as the admin, your observed software behavior is close to what I would expect.
